教學(xué)過程:
(一)熱身/復(fù)習(xí)(Warm-up/Revision)
1.問答練習(xí):Who’s your best friend?
2.做“猜人”的游戲。讓一個(gè)學(xué)生描述班里某一個(gè)同學(xué)的模樣,其他同學(xué)來猜這個(gè)人是誰。
盡量多做幾組,練習(xí)句型Who’s he/she? He/She is …..
(二)呈現(xiàn)新課 (Presentation)
1.新課導(dǎo)入。教師先自我介紹My name’s ….,然后提問一名男生What’s your name?該名學(xué)生回答問題后,教師對(duì)大家說:His name is… He is…教師問學(xué)生:What’s his name? 啟發(fā)學(xué)生回答:His name is...教師繼續(xù)指其他男生,讓學(xué)生回答:What’s his name? 教師再指另一個(gè)男生,讓一個(gè)學(xué)生問What’s your name?另一個(gè)學(xué)生回答 His name is..(多做幾組)
2.教師指著一個(gè)女生說:She’s… Her name is… 然后問學(xué)生:What’s her name?讓學(xué)生試著回答:Her name is…教師再指幾個(gè)女生問:What’s her name? 讓學(xué)生兩人一組做What’s her name? Her name is…的問答練習(xí)。
3.教師出示課文人物面具,讓學(xué)生做問答:
What’s his/her name? His/Her name is…
4.出示班里某個(gè)學(xué)生的照片,教師說:Look, I have some photos. Look at this photo, who can tell me his /her name?
5.教讀單詞photo:教師依次出示一些學(xué)生的照片,讓學(xué)生看著照片運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)對(duì)這個(gè)學(xué)生進(jìn)行描述。
例如:His name is Peter. He has short black hair and big eyes. He’s tall and strong.
7.教師出示John的面具問:What’ s his name? 學(xué)生回答John.教師再出示他媽媽的面具,說:She is John’s mother. John is talking about his Chinese friend to his mother. 解釋Chinese. 教師:We are all Chinese, because we are all from China.(這時(shí)教師可以指一指教室里的國旗,幫助學(xué)生理解) 教讀單詞Chinese。

(三)趣味操練 (Practice)
Guessing game:
1. 猜人游戲。
與Let’s play部分相結(jié)合。讓一個(gè)學(xué)生來描述自己的朋友,其他同學(xué)要根據(jù)描述猜出這個(gè)人是誰。如:My friend is a boy. He’s thin. He has short hair. He likes math. Who’s he?
2.聽音猜人。教師讓猜謎的人到前面來,背對(duì)全班,然后讓一位學(xué)生站起來用英語跟他說一句話。猜的學(xué)生要根據(jù)說話人的聲音判斷性別A boy? A girl? 其他學(xué)生判斷Yes或No。如果回答對(duì)了,全班同學(xué)再問:What’s his/her name? 猜的學(xué)生要繼續(xù)回答出說話人的姓名。全班同學(xué)用Yes.或No來判斷對(duì)錯(cuò)。猜的學(xué)生規(guī)定有5次機(jī)會(huì),如果回答5次還猜不出來,就算輸了。
(四)擴(kuò)展性活動(dòng)(Add-activities)
游戲:玩紙牌
同桌A、B兩人各做一套課文人物的卡片。A讓B抽一張(注意B抽出卡片時(shí)不能翻過來看),A問:What’s his name? 讓B 回答:His name is…如果答對(duì)B就得到這張卡片,然后B讓A抽卡片猜名字。最后看誰得的卡片多。
